Kuala Lumpur, 18 February 2019 – TSA (Total Sports Asia), Asia’s global leader in sports content and branding solutions, announced the appointment of Etienne Rizk as its new Head of Player Management Division and Head Legal, based in TSA’s Kuala Lumpur office.

TSA has launched early January 2019 its Player Management Division which will be assisting clubs, players and coaches across the continent in all football related contractual or marketing issues. TSA Player Management Division will also offer clubs, players and coaches’ access to TSA’s extensive network and represent their interests in negotiating and securing transfers, players/ coaches employment contracts and/or endorsement deal.
With almost 10 years of experience as a French qualified lawyer, Etienne has advised all types of clients within the sports industry (clubs, federations, right holders, marketing agencies, etc.) on sports, corporate, commercial and civil legal matters. Etienne was one of the counsels of top football club Paris Saint-Germain. He has actively participated in the negotiation and drafting of all sports contracts of the club since 2011 (transfer of players, agent contracts, player employment contracts, etc.) including in the record transfer operations of iconic players Neymar Jr, Mbappe and Cavani, etc. Etienne also advised other French clubs (Paris Basketball) or sports events organizer (Tour de France organizer) on several sports and corporate related issues.
